Pick a file off your phone, or just take a photo of the letter in front of you. You do not have to name it or decide where it goes.
03 It reads it
Oakbox reads it for you.
It reads what is on the page, even in a photo. From then on you can find a document by what it says, instead of trying to remember what you called it.
04 Ask
Ask it like you would ask a person.
Type a normal question and get an answer from your own documents. It shows you which one it is reading. Ask another and it remembers what you just asked.
05 It sorts itself
It does the filing for you.
Tell it what to watch out for in your own words, like appointments or bills. Everything you add gets checked against that. Tap one to see all the files it found.

What is Oakbox
An AI document assistant for your own files.
Oakbox is an AI document organizer. You put bills, letters, statements and records in, as files or as photos, and Oakbox reads every page. Then you ask a question in your own words, and it answers from your own documents and shows you which one it read.
Your files and AI
Private to you. Not end-to-end encrypted.
AI from Anthropic or OpenAI reads each file you add, to tag and search it, and the relevant text is sent again when you ask a question. Your files are stored on servers in the United States, private to your account, and never published, shown to another user, or used to train a model. They are not end-to-end encrypted: our systems can read them, because that is how search and answers work. The Privacy Policy says the rest.

Oakbox needs Premium. Every storage plan includes it, plus Trons each month to spend on reading and asking. A Tron is the credit Oakbox spends when it reads a file or answers a question. The subscription is per account, so it follows you to the phone.
